Ski Raid Update

Exciting news for our upcoming ski raid - the hotels and circuit are now booked! We have booked 15 twin rooms from 20th-27th January across 2 hotels, just 300m apart in the centre of Tignes le Lac resort. The rates and options vary across each hotel, details of which can be found below with a link to each hotel.
The ice circuit in Tignes le Brevieres has also been booked for the morning of Wednesday 27th, we have studs enough for 15 cars, but if there is more demand we can order more studs or swap wheels if people are happy with that.
We now require a £500 deposit per person by October 9th (i.e. £1000 per car/per room), paid to the club account, with the reference: 1surnameSki24. (please email myself, Jim Bayliss or Brian White for details if you do not have them).
Rooms have already been offered to those who expressed their initial interest, but now we open them up to the floor – there are only 12 spaces left so act quick!
Please also look at the hotel options and send an email to jameskbayliss@aol.com, confirming payment and with hotel preferences. Room selection will be done on a first come first serve basis, so pay up quick! If we receive more than 30 deposits, we will book further accommodation and will communicate directly with those who are last to pay their deposits.
If you do not book and pay your deposit by the 9th October you will not have accommodation – you have been warned!
A final payment will be taken closer to the date and will be tailored to your confirmed hotel choice.
Jim and I will now begin to put a rough route together, including the suggestion that some have made of trailering to somewhere 2/3 of the way down, say Dijon, and continuing cross country from there. Please let us know your preference in your confirmation email.
