PLEASE NOTE that:
The sale of spares by FN Ltd is strictly limited to Members of the FNCC.
Spares are derived from original works drawings donated by the original manufacturer of such parts. Parts are manufactured as far as is practicable to the original works drawings using modern materials of equivalent specification. These drawings may not comply with modern engineering practice. Please note also that the original parts were intended for normal road use in road going sports cars of the 1920's and 1930's. These parts are not recommended for use off road or in motor cars which are non-standard or have been modified for higher performance or competition use.
Members purchasing spares must accept that the spares are supplied on the assumption that they will be fitted by the member concerned and the only obligation of FN Ltd will be to replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective, or to refund the amount paid for the spares in question. FN Ltd will not be liable to pay any money by way of compensation other than to refund the amount paid for the spares.
The full terms of trade of FN Ltd can be obtained from the "download" section of the website.
