The Interceptor of Richard Parsons, PG 7028, is on its way back across the States west to east, via the southern states this time. After driving through the southern Californian desert which following a very wet spring is ike a Persian carpet with all the beautiful wild flowers the oilfields  on the Carrizo Plain with thousands of nodding donkeys made quite a contrast.

The 'Nash has been in hibernation in Carmel Valley, California following an east to west US crossing last summer and then racing at Laguna Seca at the Monterey Festival in August, so it is good to be back on the road and heading for home and the Raid to Bolzano in June.
