Paul Waine update:
Paul is now back home having been discharged from hospital a few days ago.  Thanks to all the wonderful marshals, paramedics and hospital staff.

18/04 Sarah, Sally and Henry have been at the hospital with Paul all morning chatting away with him. All is well and he’s on the mend

15:04/22 Having had chest surgery, Paul is having his sedation reduced. He is aware of, and is responding to, people around him, which is great news. We are all now rooting for him to heal well.

11/04/22. Goodwood members’ meeting Frazer Nash race ended abruptly after an accident involving Paul Waine who was taken to hospital with chest injuries. He has broken his sternum and several ribs but is being extremely well looked after by the staff at Southampton hospital who have a positive outlook for Paul. Paul’s wife Sarah and their children are staying nearby. We are all thinking about Paul and all the family and will keep the club updated as well as we can.

The incident at the chicane between two other cars, immediately after the red flag, was an unfortunate accident, but resulted in no injuries to either driver who are still friends.
